Looks like a treasure of a book! I stumbled across your blog while researching small dairy farms (looking for a source for good milk to make cheese with, a tough assignment in Idaho!). Anyway I also collect old vet/livestock books, but more with an interest in horses. I have a copy of "Breeds of Livestock in America", 1931 by Henry W. Vaughan which has chapters for Kerry, Dextor and Devon cattle. I would be most happy to scan those pages for you and send them if you do not already have this volume in your library.
